BuildWithElectronics, it's products and website are owned and managed by Teacup Technology cc. These additional terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Teacup Technology cc Terms and conditions www.teacup.co.za

The customer and/or user agrees that by visiting and/or purchasing from the website www.buildwithelectronics.co.za consitutes an agreement to adhere to all terms, conditions and policies as stipulated by BuildWithElectronics and Teacup Technology cc.

All products are imported and therefore BuildWithElectronics are unable to refund or replace products unless they are seen as damaged or faulty. Therefore the onus is on the buyer to select the correct products and BuildWithElectronics will not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by this.

BuildWithElectronics do not guarantee technical support or know-how for items sold. When purchasing components customer must have the knowledge or expertise for installing and fitting of technical products.

We reserve the right to amend or update the Terms and Conditions when necessary. These changes will be updated on the website and will be available to view at any given time.

We have made every effort to display our products accurately however, occasionally there may be information and/or images on the BuildWithElectronics website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping and availability. We reserve the right to amend any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and cancel submitted orders if the information is inacurrate at any time without prior notice. If you order is cancelled you will be re-imbursed within 7 days.

Refunds on faulty equipment do not include shipping costs.

Items 'ON SPECIAL' are strictly limited to stock-only and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

The customer and/or user may not use this website for any unlawful or illegal activity.

BuildWithElectronics / Teacup Technology cc reserves the right to limit the sales of our products and/or quantities to any person/s, region or geographical area. This may be excercised on a case-by-case basis.

The customer and/or user agrees to indemnify BuildWithElectronics, Teacup Technology cc, its officers, employees, ISP’s, subcontractors, partners, subsidiaries and/or affiliates from any demand, action, application or proceedings, including attorneys fees and related costs made by any third party and arising out of or in connection with the users use of the products purchased. By purchasing products from BuildWithElectronics the customer hereby understands that the products are of a electronic nature and agrees to conform to safety rules and regulations with regards to the use of eletricity and electrical circuits.
