Shipping & delivery

We use an independent courier company to get your package to your door, door-to-door in South Africa.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders are usually shipped within about 2 business days of receiving your order. Every package is wrapped, protected and marked fragile.

You'll get email updates as your order moves — from placement to dispatch to delivery. You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order history.

Back-orders

If an item is on back-order, timing changes. Back-ordered items are imported using a mix of shipping methods, including the South African Postal Service and both private and shared containers. Back-orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on the shipping method.

Delivery fees

Courier delivery is R120 anywhere in South Africa, shown at checkout. Free courier on orders over R1000. Nearby in the Western Cape? You're welcome to collect by arrangement, at no charge.
