BuildwithElectronics, its products and its website are owned and managed by Teacup Technology cc. These terms should be read together with the Teacup Technology cc terms and conditions at www.teacup.co.za.

By visiting or purchasing from www.buildwithelectronics.co.za, the customer and/or user agrees to adhere to all the terms, conditions and policies set out by BuildwithElectronics and Teacup Technology cc.

Products & support

All our products are imported, so we're unable to refund or replace products unless they're seen as damaged or faulty. The onus is on the buyer to select the correct products, and we can't be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by an incorrect choice.

We don't guarantee technical support or know-how for the items we sell. When buying components, the customer must have the knowledge or expertise needed to install and fit technical products.

Pricing & accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Occasionally there may be information or images on the site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel submitted orders where the information was inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice. If your order is cancelled, you'll be reimbursed within 7 days.

Refunds on faulty equipment do not include shipping costs. Items marked "ON SPECIAL" are strictly limited to available stock and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Use of the website

The customer and/or user may not use this website for any unlawful or illegal activity.

BuildwithElectronics / Teacup Technology cc reserves the right to limit the sale of our products, or quantities, to any person, region or geographical area, on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published here and are available to view at any time.

Indemnity

The customer and/or user agrees to indemnify BuildwithElectronics, Teacup Technology cc, its officers, employees, ISPs, subcontractors, partners, subsidiaries and affiliates from any demand, action, application or proceedings — including attorneys' fees and related costs — made by any third party and arising out of or in connection with the use of the products purchased or of this website, including but not limited to the content provided.

By purchasing products from BuildwithElectronics, the customer understands that the products are electronic in nature and agrees to conform to the safety rules and regulations relating to the use of electricity and electrical circuits.
