BuildWithElectronics.co.za obtains the information the customer/user provides when he/she registers on the website. This information will used to contact the customer/user from time-to-time with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Only BuildWithElectronics and Teacup Technology cc will utilise the information given, information will not be given to a third party without the customer/user's consent unless it is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or legal process and/or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Children

BuildWithElectronics.co.za does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. By using this website, the customer/user represents that he/she is over the consenting age of 13 and that he/she has legal right to give information and/or effect a purchase on the website.

Warranty

BuildWithElectronics warrant that all our goods are new and of good quality unless we clearly describe them as used or reconditioned or as having specific defects. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our products against any defects of normal household or business use in the absence of any form of misuse or negligence. Any costs involved in returning the product will be furbished by the customer. Upon receiving the returned product it shall be inspected, if the product is indeed defective it shall be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer free of charge. Should the product be deemed to be damaged due to any form of misuse or gross negligence by the customer it shall be sent back at his/her expense.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to process your order. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
