How is the information gathered by the website used?
BuildWithElectronics.co.za obtains the information the customer/user provides when he/she registers on the website. This information will used to contact the customer/user from time-to-time with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

BuildWithElectronics warrant that all our goods are new and of good quality unless we clearly describe them as used or reconditioned or as having specific defects. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our products against any defects of normal household or business use in the absence of any form of misuse or negligence. Any costs involved in returning the product will be furbished by the customer. Upon receiving the returned product it shall be inspected, if the product is indeed defective it shall be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer free of charge. Should the product be deemed to be damaged due to any form of misuse or gross negligence by the customer it shall be sent back at his/her expense.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to process your order.
