How long do QUOTED items take to be delivered?

Answer

Items that you want to purchase can sometimes be out of stock. We try to make sure this doesn't happen, but when it does, you have the ability to order stock items by adding it to a Quote. We will then send you a quotation on the order's costs and estimate delivery times. QUOTED items can take 15-20 days, depending on location and stock availability.

What do I do if I can't find what I want on the website?

Answer

The easiest thing to do, is simply send us an email using info@BuildWithElectronics.co.za or use our contact us page. Send us a short description, model number and name of the item you are looking for, we will see if we can help.

What do I do if my Payfast payment fails?

Answer

Send us an email with the error code, time and date of the payment failure. We will investigate on your behalf. You can send these queries to info@buildwithelectronics.co.za

Do you have a physical shop that I can come visit?

No. We are a 100% online business. We do not have a shop, although you can pick up your orders if you are close to our offices.
